When are the accessories coming?

We are working hard to launch all devices out there so everybody can enjoy Callbuddy. In parallel, we're developing the first accessories for you to use on your Callbuddy case. Launch dates are a bit unclear at the moment but here's an estimate:

Is CallBuddy protective?

Yes. The case is drop-tested and features raised bezels for both camera and screen protection.

What materials are used?

The case is made from premium shock-absorbing TPU with a rigid polycarbonate center-frame. The straps are also made out of premium shock-absorbing TPU.

All materials are processed with a stain-resistant coating to avoid discoloration.

Is the strap removable?

Of course. You can swap straps anytime. The Callbuddy grid click-system allows you to click it out and replace it easy and instantly without tools.

Does the case support MagSafe?

No — CallBuddy cases are their own modular click and connect system. Find all advantages versus Magsafe here.

What phones are compatible?

At launch, CallBuddy supports these iPhone devices and can be pre-ordered:

iPhone 17
iPhone 16 Pro Max
iPhone 16e
iPhone 15
iPhone 14
iPhone 13

All other iPhone devices will follow as we progress.

Android smartphones will also follow in 2026.

What can I attach to the Callbuddy grid?

For now, we only have the multifunctional strap that comes standard with a Callbuddy case.

But in the near future you can attach lanyards, wallets, mounts, clips, and future CallBuddy accessories. The grid is designed for endless configurations, so you can style or use it however you like.

Lanyard is the next accessory to be launched. Probably in November 2025.

What makes CallBuddy different from other cases?

Unlike traditional cases, CallBuddy features the patent-pending FYX™ click-strap system. It lets you easily attach or reposition straps and accessories (like lanyards, wallets, or stands) anywhere on the case to fit your lifestyle.

Can I customize my strap?

You can mix and match colors that fit your vibe or mood. All Callbuddy cases come with a standard strap with the according color. Adding an extra strap is encouraged by giving you a discount as you surpass the 'free delivery' level. It allows you to swap straps according to your vibe, mood or wardrobe.

Custom strap prints and collabs are planned for future drops.

Are there multiple strap types?

Yes.

We have:

Large Strap (For iPhone 16 Pro Max)
Medium Strap (For iPhone 17/16e/15/14/13)

All other straps are to be developed & announced.

Shipping & Returns

How do I start a return?

Contact us at hi@callbuddy.click with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the quick process.

What is your return policy?

You can return your CallBuddy within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — as long as the product is unused and in original packaging (Unopened).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over €60 (EU) or $55 (US). We do this to encourage you to buy an additional strap or accessory to immerse you into the mission of Callbuddy. Callbuddy is about style, modularity and fitting into your life. So we want to give you a little nudge into the right direction by swapping the shipping costs with an additional accessory.

Otherwise, a small flat rate applies at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Belgium & Netherlands: 1–3 working days.
Europe & UK: 3–7 working days.
US: 1–3 working days.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Europe, the UK, and the US. Worldwide shipping will follow soon.

Payments & Orders

Will I get a tracking link?

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and iDEAL (EU).

Care & Maintenance

Will the strap loosen over time?

You will experience a slight tension when you click the strap into its storage position. It is engineered that way to have a small tension and present nicely. Like any other plastic material, the strap will adapt a small deformation when a force is applied to it for a long time. No worries, this deformation will disappear when stored back in it's default storage position.

All straps are durability-tested to retain tension and structure even with frequent use.

Can the case or strap get wet?

Absolutely, the case and strap are water-resistant and made for everyday use.

How do I clean my case or strap?

Our cases and straps are processed with a dirt-resistant coating. This means that all 'normal' stains or dirt should come off easily. Use a soft damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid alcohol or harsh cleaning agents.
