A. Returns & Refunds Policy

At Callbuddy, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return process is simple and friendly.

1. Contact Us

Email support@callbuddy.click within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • A photo of the product (helps us solve it faster)

2. We’ll Sort It Out

We reply swiftly with a solution.
Depending on your preference, we can offer a:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Full refund

Sometimes we won’t even need the item sent back — we’ll let you know.

3. Easy Returns

If a return is needed, we guide you step by step.

  • Where possible, we provide a prepaid return label (as mentioned in your FAQ).

  • If we cannot provide a label for your region, we’ll explain this before the return starts — no surprises.

  • Return the item in its original condition.

    • Original packaging is preferred but not required, unless its absence affects the product’s resale condition.

    • If the item arrived damaged, no condition requirements apply.

4. Fast Refunds

Once we receive the return (only if we asked for it back), we process your refund right away.

  • Damage from drops, improper use, or modification

  • Device damage (phone, screen, etc.)

  • Compatibility issues with third-party accessories not endorsed by Callbuddy

We may offer:
